DropLog is a diary for the EDM sets you go to - a place to remember the nights, score what you saw, and watch your raving history add up. Here's why it exists.
Why it exists
- To remember the nights
- After many years of raving, the sets start to blur together - the opener who blew you away, the festival night that went forever, the set you'd put in your all-time top five if only you could remember whose it was. DropLog is the notebook I always wished I'd kept: log a set while it's fresh, give it a score, and it stays yours to look back on for good.
- To compare notes
- DropLog lets you see how a set landed for everyone who was there, and how a venue or festival stacks up - the consensus and the hot takes both. It's how you find your next favorite act, or decide a place is worth the trip.
- To see yourself in the numbers
- As a data analyst, the stats are my favorite part: how many shows, how many cities and countries, your busiest year, your top artists and genres. DropLog turns your logbook into that picture - the whole shape of your raving life, in one place.
What it is
- A diary, not a ticket booth
- DropLog is for keeping track of the shows you go to - electronic dance music, in every flavor it comes in. It isn't a place to buy tickets, and it isn't a streaming service. Upcoming can show you what's on near you, but the heart of it is your own record: the nights you were actually there for.
