What DropLog collects

Your account and profile: Your email address - the only credential, used for sign-in codes and never shown to other users - plus the profile details you choose to add: display name, handle, avatar, bio, home city, and your preferences. If you turn on push notifications, the subscription your browser issues is stored too.
What you post: Your logged sets, scores, reviews, comments, likes, follows, favorites, plans, and ratings, plus the friends you tag as people you went with. Private notes on a set are stored separately and shown only to you.
Forwarded ticket emails: If you forward a ticket email to your @droplog.club address, it's parsed to build a draft log and then discarded. Only a fingerprint of the message, the sender's domain, and the draft itself are kept - never the email body or attachments.
Days you open the app: Whether you opened DropLog on a given day - the day only, never which pages you visited or when - used to understand overall activity.
How you found DropLog: Your first visit - the page you landed on, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tags on the link - is noted in a small cookie and saved only if you sign up, to understand which channels bring people to DropLog. Your later browsing is never tracked.
Anonymous visit counts: How many people visit the site and which pages they view, measured without cookies by a privacy-focused analytics service. Nothing is tied to your account, no identifiers are stored, and nothing follows you to other sites.
Nothing else: No passwords (none exist), no precise location (your city is one you pick), no contact-list access, no ad identifiers.

How it's used

To run DropLog: Your data powers the app itself: your logbook and stats, feeds, notifications, and leaderboards (always aggregated). Avatar uploads pass through an automated screening service before they're stored, and posted reviews and comments are automatically screened for prohibited content too.
Never for ads: No ads, no selling of data, no cross-site tracking - visits are counted anonymously and without cookies. The only cookies are DropLog's own: a sign-in session plus a few small ones for preferences and remembering how you first arrived.

Who can see what

Public by default: Your profile, logged sets, reviews, and comments are visible to other users. A private account limits your logged sets and follow lists to approved followers - though venue and festival ratings on entity pages stay public.
When a friend tags you: A friend can tag you as someone they went with, which adds that show to your Ready to Log queue and notifies you. Until you log or rate the show yourself, the tag is visible only to the two of you - your name appears on their review only once your own log of that show is already visible to whoever is looking. You can remove a tag naming you at any time.
Only you: Private notes, unfinished drafts, and your email address are never shown to anyone. DropLog can access stored data as needed to operate and moderate the service.

Your data, your call

Delete your account any time: Settings has a delete-account flow that immediately removes your profile and everything you've posted. Deleted data lingers in backups for up to about a week; catalog entries you submitted and records of reported content are kept, unlinked from you.
Age: DropLog is for adults - you must be 18 or older to use it.
