Effective July 2, 2026. The plain-language agreement for using DropLog - short, because DropLog is simple: a free diary for the sets you see.
The basics
- What you are agreeing to
- Using DropLog means you accept these terms, the Community Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy. Together they are the whole agreement between you and DropLog; if part is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- What DropLog is
- A free diary and community for logging the electronic music sets you attend. It is a personal project - features may change, break, or pause.
- Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older. One account per person, registered with an email address you control - sign-in codes go there, so whoever holds that inbox holds your account.
Your content
- You own what you post
- Your logs, reviews, comments, ratings, and notes remain yours. By posting, you give DropLog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and aggregate them as needed to run the service - it ends when you delete the content or your account, except for aggregate statistics, moderation records, and short-lived backups.
- Most of it is public
- Reviews, comments, ratings, and profiles are visible to others. Private notes are the exception. Post with that in mind - and log honestly: fake logs, review-bombing, or gaming invites and leaderboards can get content removed or the account closed.
Rules and moderation
- Zero tolerance
- Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is absolutely prohibited. It is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and it is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
- Reports and copyright
- To report content - or a copyright concern - use the in-app Report option where available, or email hello@droplog.club.
The fine print
- No warranty
- DropLog is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Event and artist information can be wrong or out of date - DropLog is not a ticket seller; confirm details with the venue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is capped at fifty US dollars.
- Leaving
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. DropLog may likewise close accounts that violate these terms, or wind down entirely with reasonable notice.
- Governing law and changes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, with disputes resolved in New York courts. Updates appear on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use DropLog after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@droplog.club.
